My recent stay at Susan Apartment was absolutely fantastic! I was in Budapest for a few days and the location of the apartment was perfect. It was just a short walk away from the bustling heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. Plus, there was even a parking option available nearby. The apartment itself was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a functional kitchen. The proximity to Balaha station made it easy to explore the city, and the TV in the apartment was a great bonus. it was excellent value for money and could comfortably accommodate 2-3 people.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops around. We were able to park our car safely at the nearby Continental Hotel for a reasonable fee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was good value for the money.
We felt relaxed and had nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located apartment. It was super close to public transport and just a short walk to the historic sites. The apartment itself was in an old building, but the room was nice and modern. The Wi-Fi signal was great, and the staff were very friendly. We also loved that it was close to cafes and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.
Nothing bad to say. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Susan Apartment for a week-long trip to explore the city. The location was perfect, as it was right in the heart of the vibrant Jewish quarter. It was a short walk to all the main attractions and the bustling streets filled with shops, bars, and restaurants. Despite being so central, the apartment was tucked away on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, it was conveniently close to tram, train, and bus links, making it easy to explore further afield. The breakfast, served at a restaurant just a block away, was also satisfying and a great way to start the day.
I do recommend this hotel.

I had a bit of a rough start when I arrived at the apartment after 9pm and it had not been cleaned from the previous party. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and bedroom, and the floors, counters, sofa, coffee table, and bathroom were all dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while. I couldn't reach the reception, so I emailed them, but didn't get a response until the next day. I even tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I decided to walk over to the reception in another building, but there was no buzzer and I had to wait for 20 minutes to get in. When I finally got to the reception, the receptionist didn't seem surprised and just said they would send cleaners. There was no apology for the inconvenience. The cleaners came and did a quick 30-minute clean and replaced the sheets, but they only left 2 hand towels for usage and there were no towels for hands in the bathroom. The bed was also not very comfortable, as it was just a wooden slatted base with a memory foam topper and no actual mattress. the heating was managed by the reception, but they didn't answer the phone after 8pm. I also couldn't find the coffee shop that was supposed to provide breakfast. None of the other vendors in the area were aware of its existence.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and ruin bars in Budapest. The apartment had WIFI and looked exactly like the photos. It was warm and provided a cheap accommodation option for a place to sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed, except towels, and the bathroom had a big water heater so we had no issues with hot water. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shops that offered vegetarian and vegan options.
Felt spoiled, nothing was too much trouble.

The internet connection was reliable, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The bathroom had a spacious water heater, ensuring a constant supply of hot water.
